Graduate students. We are looking for creative and dedicated students to work on the interface of plant-microbe interaction and biotic/abiotic stresses (e.g., drought, salinity, parasitic plants, soilborne diseases). We take students through the inter-college graduate programs in Ecology, Plant Biology, MCIBS, and the Agricultural and Environmental Plant Science (AEPS) program. We currently have budget to fund Ph.D. students. In addition, there are also various ways to secure your own funding (e.g., NSF GRFP) that provide additional independence. If you intend to apply to the lab, I am happy to work with you on putting together those applications.
